My first time here and I had a fantastic experience!! Super friendly staff with amazing service! They really went above and beyond in everything, including ensuring they found a colour I was happy with. They offered a complimentary drink — the orange, ginger, and honey tea is delicious! My pedicure was extremely thorough — Lina had great attention to detail, checking I was okay and helping me relax. I had BIAB for the first time here, and Tony was also incredibly thorough with fantastic attention to detail. There were complimentary sweets on the way out and their loyalty system is electronic, which is so useful! This will be my new go-to salon — I can’t wait to return!! Thank you all very much!!

First visit to Nails Plus on Sunday as I was in desperate need of a cut down and infill, and I had a really great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the salon was clean, calm, and welcoming, which really put me at ease.

It’s always nerve-racking trying a new place, but they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back – it’s close to home and such a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!
